The centre is nestled between two larger-scaled existing retail buildings. Certain aspects of the design have been externally over-scaled so that the new medical centre does not appear to be dwarfed by its neighbours. However, internally, an intimately scaled courtyard with covered walkways has been created to maximise the tenancies’ access to daylight and views, and to mitigate the effects of strong westerly prevailing winds.

The new 1000sqm Majura Park Medical Centre provides up to 6 different tenancies, anticipated to house the following services:
