The building is designed to achieve a 5 star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS rating. An integral component in achieving this is the Tri-generation energy system which uses natural gas to create electricity, heating and cooling, with 50% less emission than conventional systems, Even waste heat is captured and converted into usable heating and cooling via heat exchangers and an absorption chiller.
