29-31 Brindabella Circuit has been designed as one of the Business Park gateway buildings and along with 33-35 creates an impressive sense of arrival. 29-31 has approximately 10,000m2 of A grade office accommodation over four levels and undercroft basement car parking and cycling facilities have been included in the design, The building features views to the west over Lake Burley Griffin towards Parliament House.

It has a thermally efficient facade, double glazing, sun shading, efficient lighting and mechanical systems, and uses water efficient fittings and fixtures. It was designed in close collaboration with he services consultants to meet Commonwealth Government Tenancy environmental requirements.
