The building is conceived with three wings that are individually expressed so each can have its own corporate identity. Designed for the Department of Defence as a refined office building with a high tech aesthetic.

26 Brindabella Circuit contains its own undercroft car park that houses secure bike storage, showers and change rooms and a secure storage facility.

The building is surrounded by unique landscape architecture, including a storm water retention basin that has been designed as a water feature.
