The building at 25 Brindabella Circuit responds to the Master Plan for the southern precinct of Brindabella Business Park. Its sympathetic and thoughtful design approach maintains the quality and consistency of the architectural forms, with a palette of materials that achieves a dynamic architectural aesthetic for an office building. Seemingly constrained by roads and flood ways, the building maximises its position against Pialligo Avenue and a nearby remnant creek bed, to reinforce its stature as one of the Park’s showpiece designs.

It promotes the use of the Park’s open spaces through large transparent facades that expose the activity within and aid in softening the development’s envelope towards the surrounding Greenacre parklands. The unobstructed glazing to the rear, pierced by ledged floor plates, increases natural light penetration and frames views out over Pialligo Avenue to the wetlands.

No. 25 Brindabella reinforces the language of the surrounding buildings. It provides visual and suggestive connections through the adaption of detailing, and the orientation of building elements including the servicing pod. The strong verticality of the external facades aids in containing views within the pedestrian spine zone, and provides view focal points along the servicing routes. These are counterbalanced by sharp, striking balconies and elegant sunshade devices skirting Pialligo Avenue.
