This mixed use, environmentally sustainable commercial space features open-plan studio-style office accommodation, overlooking the Park’s town square. Two four-level plus mezzanine office wings meet at the glazed central atrium, sharing a cafe, central services core, basement car park, change rooms and three glass lift shafts. A yellow-framed floating conference room suspended by steel rods at the third floor pierces the atrium, creating the building’s most striking feature. Energy-saving characteristics of the building include sun-shading to reduce the reliance on air-conditioning, in-slab heating and cooling and a shared services core.
