I predominantly carry English and Irish heritage.  I was born on Ngunnawal Country and continue to both live and work on the ancestral lands of the Ngunnawal and Ngambri Peoples.”

Ryun is a Graduate of Architecture in our DJAS Canberra studio. He joined the team after completing his undergraduate and masters’ qualifications at the University of Canberra and has continued to learn and grow in practice.

Having previously contributed to multiple student lead Architecture groups and events during his time at University, Ryun continues to approach the Architectural practice as a coordinated team effort to produce positive social and cultural development. As a highly independent worker with advanced technical skills in both Revit and Enscape, he is a valuable asset to the team and our client base.

Ryun is involved in all stages of the architectural process, from initial concept to practical completion, and takes pride in producing high quality outcomes. He maintains a strong focus on providing detailed documentation alongside effective communication with all parties involved, to the betterment of the whole project. His most notable contributions during his time at DJAS include the conceptual development of the Ngunnawal Bush Healing Farm extension, a collection of Accessibility upgrades for the Parramatta, Sydney, and Hobart Commonwealth Law Courts, and detailing and documentation for various large scale government projects, inclusive of security, acoustic, structural and accessibility requirements
