Brendan is an experienced design professional with over 20 years’ experience in the design and building industry; working on public, commercial, educational, innovation, industrial, and residential design projects of all shapes, sizes, and complexities.

Over the course of this career, Brendan has developed a passion for creating spaces that are comfortable and functional, which incorporate the needs of today while planning for those of the future. Each design is tailored to suit the specific opportunities of its site, environmental concerns, and budgetary constraints; without restricting the creative potential of the project. Brendan approaches each project as an opportunity to learn from, and collaborate with everyone involved in a project. Clients, consultants, trades, and end users all provide valuable input to how and why a design takes shape.

Brendan’s recent residential experience includes a new NDIS compliant multi-unit development located in the Central Coast. This development will house up to eight residents, along with either their family or care provider. Other projects include multi-unit developments in established and new suburbs, and a new mixed-use development at the Curtin shops.

Every project is different, and Brendan’s goal is to understand the ‘why’ of yours. By understanding the motivation, needs, and wants of a project, a design can be developed to exceed the functional requirements of a brief; and into a place where people thrive.
