“I am an Australian of English and Irish heritage. My earliest direct ancestor arrived in Dja Dja Wurrung Country in 1852. I was born on Kaura Country and presently reside and work on Ngunnawal Country.”

Alice Coghlan is an Associate Interior Designer with over eighteen years experience working on diverse projects in the workplace, residential, hospitality and education sectors. Skilled in all phases of design from briefing, strategy and concept design through to documentation and site support. Alice has a special interest in human centred design principles, sustainability, wellness and designing for positive social impacts.

Alice has expanded on her extensive experience as an Interior Designer to become a Workplace Strategist. Through this work she has gained skills in interviewing users, utilisation studies, synthesizing information, running co-design workshops, prototyping, change management sessions and communicating with major stakeholders.

As a workplace strategist and design leader, Alice enjoys working in a collaborative environment and believes that bringing together a strong workplace strategy with exciting design creates the best possible outcome for her clients.
